+1 At the very least it shows that the foundation cares about this topic.
And it can make people feel more comfortable if they know there is a well-defined process for these cases.

If I understand the changes correctly, it is mostly about switching some responsibilities toward the staff instead of the project team, right? I don't think it really addresses the conflict resolution problem as mentioned in this issue, but I like the fact that the foundation steps up and takes responsibility for addressing the conduct and ethics issues. 👍
I am thinking that it would be a good to document how we would handle a conflict or a problem, especially with our Code of Conduct.
I am proposing that we create a Conflict Resolution Policy and Process similar to this one:
