Mobile and Responsive testing observations

Hi Paulo,

I believe that you have seen this before on the zim-wiki github site. I am putting it here because that entry was just closed. The attached pdf explains three things that I found while testing last summer. Two observations pertain to the mobile and responsive templates that you have kindly shared.

I would tackle this, but my html skills are VERY limited. If I can help with more information or testing, however, I am quite willing. I understand if you have no interest in these issues.
