Catalogs plugin: Replace vo_conesearch with pyvo

In Catalogs plugin, there are calls to astroquery.vo_conesearch. It is requested by astroquery maintainer to use pyvo instead.

Hmm, I switched to using vo_conesearch (from pyvo) because it looked like pyvo might be deprecated and astroquery was developing its own VO functions. So the plan is to remove VO functionality from astroquery?

There was a time when pyvo's future might seem uncertain but that has improved since it moved to Astropy and got dev time from VO community. 😅
