Im curious weather i can use external sqlite instead of browser storage when i develop software using electronjs?

Have you checked out the quickstart? We don't require any particular storage.

Right now we don't yet have a sync plugin for sqlite but we do have one for pglite https://pglite.dev/docs/sync
