In the blog post "Sustainable licensing at Element with AGPL" and CLA it is stated that contributions can be made available under both Element’s proprietary software licence and the AGPL. In this repository and in the source files there is only a notice for the AGPL-3.0. For example element-x-android contains two license files and SPDX identifiers for both the AGPL and the commercial license.

Please also provide clearer license terms for Synapse.
