Getting a chrome gpu pid prompt after one has already been injected.

This is a somewhat frustrating problem I've been facing. I'm able to get to a chrome gpu pid which I then inject into from the RenderDoc after which I click OK on the small window and continue on my chrome. But, it hardly lasts for a couple of seconds until I get the next such prompt with a different pid. When I click OK on that without injecting, the screen capture disappears and I can't capture anything. Alternatively, when I inject into with the new pid, the same thing happens where my chrome runs for a couple of seconds and I get a new pid window - this continues in such a cycle.

Getting mutliple pid windows does not seem to be the problem as in Élie Michel's tutorial video, he also got multiple prompts. The difference was that he got it at the same time, not one after the other, and simply clicking OK after having injected into with the first pid seemed to work for him.
What should I do? Please help me.
