Colorization hooks were previously added to support XcodeColors. Unfortunately, as of Xcode 8, the plug-in API used by XcodeColors is no longer operative, and there are no apparent plans from Apple to add support for something similar.
It looks as though XcodeColors is dead. To simplify the architecture, I will be removing the colorization hooks. Future colorization implementations, if desired, will likely require a different implementation, as this one was specifically geared to the particulars of XcodeColors.
Removing this will also make it simpler to begin reworking code for #65.
