Install packages by these commands

apk update
apk add nodejs
apk add npm
apk add git
npm install -g hexo-cli

And then try to create a blog repo

hexo init blog

Then it stucked

~# hexo init blog
INFO  Cloning hexo-starter https://github.com/hexojs/hexo-starter.git
