Masking of ITRs failed for truncated ITR sequences

Masking could be skipped by providing the masked transgene sequence

Additional context

There are rAAVs with truncated ITRs. These cannot currently not be analyzed using this workflow. Examples of truncated ITRs are for example described here:

Zhou, Q. et al. Deletion of the B-B’ and C-C’ regions of inverted terminal repeats reduces rAAV productivity but increases transgene expression. Sci. Rep. 7, 5432 (2017).

Hi @BenniLi

Thanks for your suggestion and the link to the paper. We will review your suggestion to allow truncated AAV genomes to be analysed by the workflow.
