Inplace volumes: Document payload/result object

We should document the form of the result file that is written to disk and uploaded to Sumo. This enables consumers to build functionality around it, and also for users to see what they are exporting. This should be documented alongside the function documentation, and/or on the Sumo side as a 'standard result'.
