Create and manage my user profile

Story:

As a user, I want the ability to create and manage my user profile to personalise my cycling tracking experience.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. User Registration:

• Users should be able to register a new account with an email.

2. User Login:

   • Users should be able to log into the application using OTP or their registered email and password .

3. User Profile Information:

   • Users should be able to view and edit their profile information, including:
     • First name
     • Last name
     • Username
     • Avatar
     • Date of birth
     • Gender
