A way to disable plugins from being active in the builder

I would like a simple way to disable plugins in the builder. For example I have a chatbot that shows in the builder and obscures the "select image" button when I am inserting an image. This particular type of plugin will never be used in the builder.

I would like another section in Hydrogen Pack settings that would show all of the installed plugins (that have a ui) and the ability to uncheck them to prevent them from being active in the builder.

Editor Enhancer has something like this, but requires code level changes and seems complicated to use.
