release 5.1.0 shows 5.0.3 in manifest.json

I found that the plugin would not update past 5.0.3. It looks like manifest.json in the 5.1.0 release still has the version set as 5.0.3. I think this will keep Obsidian from seeing the current release as an update to existing installations of 5.0.3.

Wow, can't believe 5.1.0 being such an important bug-fix release, and nobody complained about being unable to use it so far!
