It would be nice, to generate TOC after a certain content.

For an example:

<!-- Some text before TOC generation -->
Lorem Ipsum

* [Testing](#1)

Take a look at the https://github.com/thlorenz/doctoc. It allows specifying the location of TOC: https://github.com/thlorenz/doctoc#specifying-location-of-toc
