username and password to be set to "" when authenticating via keycloak #38

username and password are both set todeveloper even when I provide KeycloakURL, realm and clientId. Should they be blanked out?

  launcher.missioncontrol.openshift.password: developer
  launcher.missioncontrol.openshift.username: developer
