Description

I would like the ability to add a note to blacklisted items that displays along side it. This is helpful to tell my users WHY I blacklisted an item if I want to. So it could look like this when the user clicks the blacklist page:

Super Dragon Ball Heroes
Status: Blacklisted
Reason: This is a web show from youtube and has irregular episode listings without any English subs. All Requests must contain at least English subs.
Blacklisted: 2 hours ago by user
Series

It would also be helpful if it showed the blacklist reason when they click the info page of the series/movie

Right now without this feature, I have a bunch of blacklisted movies and my users are messaging me to ask why I did so.

Desired Behavior

I would like to be able to add a note to Blacklisted Items

How is that gonna work because blacklisted media will not be seen by your users? Why are you letting your users see the blacklisted item? The whole point of blacklisted items are to hide them from users. What's the point of blacklisting if you still let your users see the blacklisted item

They can't ask you if you hide it. Blacklist feature is completely for hiding media that you don't want requested or seen by users. Adding a note will not work because where do they see these notes when it's hidden

My users can see blacklisted media. I gave them the ability to do so by clicking the box as shown in your picture "view blacklisted media"

If I didn't click that box and they could not see blacklisted media, they would be messaging me "why can't I find x when searching?" . That's why I let them see the blacklisted media.

When I say they message me, I mean they are messaging me on my phone through whatsapp/text message, etc, not through Jellyseerr.

Giving my users an explanation for why the media was blacklisted is me trying to cut down on them bothering me, asking why I did so (Just like my brother who messaged me about dragon ball in my example)

Even if I didn't give them permission to view blacklisted media, a note would still be helpful for self reference as to why I blacklisted the media, as I'm sure in 5 years from now when my blacklist is 200+ items, I'm not going to remember why I put half of them on there myself
