mp3tag doesn't render unicode special characters

When I check a tag with some special character, mp3tag doesn't render it, so "ñ" or "á" disappear because sed command detect it as � and doesn't convert it to "n" or "a". So then, with the non-ascii cleaner these characters disappear.

I think the only solution is using another program to get tags, but I only find programs with set function..

I have created a Python version with same functionality which solves that problem
