I'm lacking context in the UI repo, so please close if this is unnecessary.

The UI repo cut a v0.4.4 tag but there isn't a corresponding 0.4.4 image in dockerhub. The latest tag published as-of creating this issue is 0.4.2. We should consider automating publishing to dockerhub from the GH workflow when we cut new tags.
