Scrolling sponsors slide

Scrolling in the sponsors slide leads to the slide changing rather than the list itself scrolling.

I am working on this

In every slide the slide gets changed only if we scroll in the div area of that particular slide, it does get changed if we scroll outside that div area, so the same thing is happening with sponsors slide. So, what should be done?
