Be careful about unsaved work in the plaintext editor

I think we should warn the user when they're about to close a plaintext editor with unsaved changes either because they're opening something else or closing the editor.

I'm not sure I'd like the "Are you sure?" modal. An "Undo" option might be ideal, but maybe a little harder to implement. Any other ideas?
