At some point, clicking 'connect' on a computer which hasn't already been signed in results in a "output is not a terminal" error rather than opening a browser to log in.
Probably some option needs to be sent to subprocess to tell it to pretend to be a tty, or maybe there's a CLI option for butler itself to tell it to do the browser thing anyway.
