Right now the process for building the pillow bdist and uploading it to devpi is kind of manual and fiddly and mostly undocumented. In an ideal world this could be done as a build step in the Makefile.

The process seems simple enough but getting the moving parts of pip download and devpi-client to work together is a little wonky.
