[Bug] On-off loop when trying to enable outside of schedule #79

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup app (in particular, setup and enable greyscale)
  2. Add scheduled rules outside of current time
  3. Press start

Expected behaviour

It should either:

  1. ignore schedule and force start
  2. start applying rules; wait for the schedule to commence

Observed behaviour

The app flickers, trying to enable/disable configuration in rapid succession. UI freezes.

Environment

Observed on Pixel 6(oriole) with GrapheneOS version 13 (build TP1A.221105.002.2022111000)
