Build intersect.exe on Visual Studio 2022 #84

At the moment the built in solution file and projects don't build with VS 2022.

There's two parts to this:

Building the the intersect and related projects
Building the GLUT related projects.

This issue is just about building the intersect.exe.

All the errors are to do with symbols or header files having changed over the years.
