[Feature request] - "Hours begin at sunrise (24)" and "Hours begin at noon (24)"

Please add two options at:
Three-Vertical-Dot menu -> Options -> General -> Hours begin

This should also fit with the "Unequal hours / temporal hours / roman hours" (each hour different length) and the "equal hours (each hour same length)" on the clock.
