Loading

Loading can occur in a few places:

Navigating Between Data Driven Routes
Playing Album by Clicking PlaybackArtwork
Buffering Song
Loading Album Artwork

Currently, the only implemented loading indicators are:

Buffering Song in Playback Bar in Footer
Loading Song Information for a Row

Some ideas for loaders are:

bouncing musical notes
fade in image on loaded from default image
use the playback bar loader when loading items to play
