[Feature]: Add metric system

What is the feature?

The module is more than great but it is a bit annoying that there is no option to set the metric system, both when reading compendium and adding spells, attacks etc at the character sheet. Now dnd5e 4.2.x has a great support for metric system, but it cannot be used since all the entries from the compendium are in feet and thus templates etc are set in the wrong way.
