In Datamuseum.dk we have scanned the full proceedings from EuroBSDcon 2002 and 2004:

It is not obvious to me how to add/reference these in the papers project...

We could split the individual FreeBSD-related papers out of the PDF file and credit datamuseum.dk in the abstract on the webpage. A little tedious, perhaps, but fun displacement activity. ;-)

I wonder if anyone scanned the proceedings from other early BSD conferences. Or ... perhaps someone still has the source papers?

You can pull individual scanned pages out of those pdf's with xpdf's pdfimage.
