New features in Real-time data: User activity and cloud utilization #114

In Usage report, we have provided real-time usage with limited resources.
Now, we are planning to add more meaningful information:

cpu running hours / size
memory usage hours/ size
quota limit for openstack
- limit of vcpu
- limit of instances
- etc

These information can be collected by nova client tools based on availability.

Once we have the information, Sphinx or Flask would be used as a web framework to display dynamic web pages in some sense.
