若要写入 cookie ，必须要先访问一个网页，再写入 cookie ，再访问目标网站吗？不能省掉先访问一个网站的前置吗？ #472

我当前的代码如下图，如果可以省略前置访问一个网站，那应该怎么写，因为我直接去掉的话，cookie写入不成功
