As a Creator
I want to create an "Upcoming" campaign
So that Contributors will be aware of it before it's activation

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add the “Start date” parameter to the “Campaign" entity (see Pic.1).

2. The “Start date& Time” is the date when a campaign will become active and a Contributor will be able to contribute to it.

3. If a campaign is published, but the “Start date & Time” hasn't come yet, then a campaign is in the "Not started" state (Campaign Status "0" see Status File in Additional Information) and a campaign is displayed on the "Campaigns" page, on the "Organization" page (Campaigns tab), but a Contributor cannot contribute to a Campaign.

4. The “Start date” cannot be less than a date when a campaign is published.

5. The minimum duration of a campaign is 24h (depending on environment this value differs)

6. The maximum duration of a campaign is 60d. (depending on environment this value differs)
