[Feature] Add hotlink to page anchors

It would be convenient if there was a hotlink next to each term on the glossary that provides a hotlink to a page anchor. That way, you can link to a specific definition without having to say "Go to this link, and scroll to the Lamp section".

This is actually possible using term- prefixed anchors, e.g. https://ddrguide.com/glossary/#term-lamp.

This really should be performed by the search function - I thought it did, but apparently it either broke or it was never implemented in the first place. I'll look into that.
