Hi there, given the number of Nvidia problems I see on /r/openSUSE I strongly suspect that it's not specific to GeckoLinux. At any rate, Nvidia isn't "preconfigured" per se, it's just available for the user to install and configure at his/her own risk. |

well I just installed stock opensuse and didn't have any issues so I dunno. Like I said, probably just leave it out when you update the isos. |

installed last night. ran zypper dup. something broke and it was just "y" on an infinite scroll. let it sit for about 30 thinking maybe it just wasn't displaying properly. closed it and rebooted. tried again and seemed successful. installed nvidia and displays are doubled. couldn't figure out how to fix it so I just reinstalled system.
Ran zypper dup it didn't screw up this time. reboot. installed nvidia. reboot. working fine. rebooted now and it's broke again.
I have two displays, a 1080p and 4k.

this is a desktop, there's just the one videocard. this seems to be a pretty gecko specific problem as searches turned up nothing helpful.
Maybe don't preconfigure nvidia related things in the future when you don't have the ability to properly test them.
