To preface, I'm one of the developers of Budgie, and I checked out the ISO you have for Budgie for the purposes of seeing if it's good enough to recommend in the main "Getting Budgie Effortlessly" grid on our docs page.

After doing so, we came to the decision that we will recommend it, but we do have some feedback—namely that the icon theme that's set by default should probably be set to something that better fits the chosen widget theme (Numix). Both Papirus and Paper are shipped in the ISO already, and both would be preferable to what's currently set, as both have full coverage of Budgie's icon names and go pretty well with Numix. My personal recommendation is Papirus.

This isn't a blocker to being included on the docs page—we're doing that regardless—but I felt it would be a good idea to bring up the topic here.

Just a user here, but as far as I remember, the Paper and Papirus themes don't support the YaST icons and a few other other icons that are used in openSUSE. The missing icons are replaced with gear icons in YaST and elsewhere when using Papirus and Paper which can be visually confusing. I may be wrong on the Papirus theme, but someone could check to verify the icons appear correctly or not in YaST with Papirus. I know for sure they do not appear correctly with the Paper theme.
