朗读过程中不能进行设置。但是设置好了之后，我点一下屏幕就可以暂停朗读（而不是呼出菜单再点击小按钮） |

哦哦，那我懂了，你想的是点一下界面就暂停，不过区域就这么多，感觉不好再专门给暂停开一个区域 |

一共9个区域，不是每个区域可设嘛，比如现在可以实现点击一下朗读上一段，把它支持成可以替换为暂停/启用朗读 |
