I am seduced and very interested in the quality of your publications and thank you for it. It is an invaluable help for my professional project. However, I am in Senegal and I would like to make an application that would allow me to follow the evolution of housing and constructions. I have shapefiles of buildings and unbuilt areas obtained after aerial photography by topographic drone with a resolution of 3cm. And I would like to have a model that would allow me, from my cadastral database, to classify the buildings in a restricted area and to be able to see the new constructions and the updates that will have to be made. This would allow me not only to see the buildings not updated by the cadastre but to have an idea of the losses in terms of tax on built land.
In summary I am looking for help to create an application on Jupiter python or google earth engine which allows to make an unsupervised classification trained and tested with shapefiles and also to make predictions on sentinel satellite images with timelapses between 2021 and 2022 and statistics on built-up areas or not to really see the evolution of housing.
Thank you
