[Bug]: Map for London doesn't toggle properly

Description

Was trying to see where the groups are in London but this can no longer be toggled.

It works for Manchester - but the London button shows everything.

It may be simpler to drop the current implementation and do #362 anyway which would supercede this, i think the current map isn't really functional anyway.

Steps to reproduce

1. go to partners
2. click on "london"
3. scroll to map
4. note its showing everything
