it may be helpful there is a some "grouping character" around the term-id, possibly (xxxx) or [xxxx] as shown in the title of this issue.

the descriptive text should be modified to mention the term-id; presently there is no description of the term-id and some people may wonder what that is. the term-id is not a common way of referencing the TC211 terms, so a description is needed.
