In the News Plugin settings, we can select a page with the categories used for the News Filter.
All categories on that page are then used to populate {extendedVariables.categories} or {extendedVariables.tags}.

We should have a configuration to only add specific categories to the News Plugin (instead of all categories on the selected pages) or a configuration to omit specific categories.
