Provide a clear and concise overview of the new feature requested.

Currently only the Dev information is included in the 1-year TransportTracers Rn-Pb-Be budget table. We should modify this to include Ref and Dev in the same table.

This is a similar issue to #308, which was resolved in GCPy 1.5.0.
