Public subnet prerequisite

Hello,
could you please comment on the following question:
What prerequisite must be fullfilled in regards to public subnet?

I will receive a public /56 IPv6 subnet from my ISP.
In my homelab I have 3 router: 1 from ISP (= modem), 2 routers defining homelab subnets.
Will VPN mesh work if server (netmaker-k3s) and client (router) are using public IP of the same subnet?
