code overriden in WSL even not selected to override code #2654

After installing cursor fresh and for the first time.

Selected to make cursor command available.

In WSL: cursor is an unknown command, code now opens "Cursor" instead of "VS Code".

After some background update .. dunno how and why initiated:

cursor command works now, too, and opens "Cursor".
But code still opens "Cursor" instead of "VS Code".
