What is this tool used for?

Hello, I wanted to ask here as I found references to this tool inside something called Laragonzo, so I was wondering, what is this actually for? is it like a framework? a way to host your files on the internet? kinda makes me think it's a wordpress type system?

It seems like a neat idea, actually kinda makes me wonder if I can use it for an idea I have - I want to make a site that has files available to download (like I make games, so I'd like to host them online), but I never gotten around to making it, plus I'd like to be able to upload via HTTP, is this relevant?

Edit: For reference: I'm unfamiliar with "Flat file CMS" so I'm curious if like, any file can be uploaded and hosted with it

Edit 2: I've installed it, it seems like it is a blogging solution, but I am curious if I can just upload any file to it...

Edit 3: Oh okay I think I got it now, it looks like it is for blogs, what I was thinking of was irrelevant, what I was thinking was like, take an empty apache server, drop files into it, and it'll host them, but with an admin dashboard - but hey! Looking good! 😄
