Login screen visible before the shutdown

Summary

When I poweroff Solus Budgie it shows me a login screen in the end before the shutdown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Boot Solus Budgie
2. Poweroff

Expected result

Login screen should'n be visible on poweroff

Actual result

Login screen visible before the shutdown.

This should be reported here. Given the Budgie team's focus currently, I'm not sure how likely this is to get fixed unless someone outside the team decides to investigate it.

Any idea if this happens on other distros, too?

Well, this happens on gnome too. So, not sure if it is budgie specific.

In that case, because budgie-session is a fork of gnome-session, it's probably the same problem.
