Publish Helm Chart

There is a helm chart defined in the repo. It would be great if this was built and published on releases. There are template values in places like Chart.yaml that are intended to be replaced in some CI pipeline by the looks things.

What is the status of publishing the helm chart? It would be very helpful.

I just came across this project and was a bit disappointed that a Helm chart exists in the repo but it's not published.

I'd help out with a PR but I feel like some of the decisions are based on CircleCI whereas using GitHub actions it would be very straight forward to publish this chart.

We maintain https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/wiremind/silence-operator and https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/wiremind/silence-operator-crds and I'd be happy to... drop them in favor of the official chart! ;)

I would require publishing the official chart somewhere!
