Future Ready talent Profile not updating

I am enrolled in TCS Sirius program in which I had to register in Future Ready Talent platform and complete Azure certifications. But now, when I am logging in my Future Ready Talent account, all it's showing is to enter User profile details again and again, which I entered dozens of time till now, but every time after submitting that, It's showing that User profile updated, and again redirecting to the same page. It's not allowing me to proceed to self learning page now, which it was allowing me earlier. Please guide me with further steps to complete my course, as the deadline provided to us is 30/05/2023.
