FRT program-progress from future skills prime not updated on FRT platform

Hello mentors,
I have completed the Key visualizations and Smart Narratives tutorials of Microsoft Power BI Analyst course in future skills prime but still the progress has not been updated on Future-Ready Portal. And the courses completed on MS-learn are shown completed in FRT portal but no progress on future skills prime website.

Should my MS-learn profile email-id and future skills prime email-id match for the progress to sync? And should the course show completed 100% in future skills prime for it to reflect on FRT platform?(same is the case for AI Fundamentals). Please help me resolve this issue.
