IEV data anomaly (20201217): Incorrect source refs "ITU-R Recommendation…" #177
Comments
It is failing because Relaton is unable to fetch authoritative sources for some concepts. Full list of affected concepts:
These all concepts reference exactly seven unique ITU-R documents:
According to relaton/relaton-itu#56 it seems that above "ITU-R Recommendation …" references are incorrect. @ronaldtse please clarify what values are expected. FYI exact values of SOURCE column in the spreadsheet (before we normalize them to "ITU-R Recommendation …"):

Ping @ronaldtse. What are the correct Relaton refs for these ITU-R documents? Because "ITU-R Recommendation XXX" pattern is probably wrong. |
The full reference of a citation, for example "ITU-R Rec. 329", should be "ITU-R Rec. SM.329" (https://www.itu.int/rec/R-REC-SM.329/en) "ITU-R Rec. 592" is "ITU-R Rec. F.592" (https://www.itu.int/rec/R-REC-F.592/en) @skalee can you provide the full list of IEV ID (and language) for these terms you've found so that we can report to the IEV team? Thanks. |
This is the full list: 713-02-11 en radio-relay system ITU-R Rec. 592 MOD 713-02-11 fr faisceau hertzien UIT-R Rec. 592 MOD 713-02-20 en capture area IUT-R Rec. 573 MOD |
Full list in that gist: https://gist.github.com/skalee/cd59c1090b62d7ddc3f3e95b87eb8af3. The number of lines is the same so I guess both lists are correct. |
I have reported this to IEC, pending reply. |
Some tests are failing due to some error coming from Relaton. Reported here: relaton/relaton-itu#56. Further actions to be decided depending on that discussion.
