Organization Actions overview

Feature Description

Hello!

In the Organization page, it would be very nice if we could have an "Actions" tab, showing a list of all Actions from all repositories, and the history of runs.

This would be extremely useful, for a proper overview of what's running or not, and to easily find some Action we want to run manually, for example.

At the moment, emails are not sent when one Action fails, so having an overview like this helps in being aware when an Action has crashed.
