Zabbix Datasource Page is Blank

Describe the bug
After installing the latest version of the Grafana-Zabbix Plugin the Datasource page for Zabbix shows a blank screen, I uninstalled the plugin and restarted Grafana then re-installed it and restarted again with the same issue.

Expected behavior
Expected Plugin to start after update.

Since you uninstalled the previous version of the plugin, You may need to enable the plugin it in http://localhost:3000/plugins/alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app

I have the same issue, and I found a log with a file not found (gpx_zabbix-datasource_linux_amd64)

@AlexFavre / @ZaidanSahalim - Did you enable the plugin as per the above comment? ( Usually we don't need to enable the plugin between updates. But not sure how you carried the update ).
